Tina Stathopoulou

Tina Stathopoulou was born in Athens, Greece in 1972.  She has a Ph.D. and a Master's degrees in Experimental Psychology from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  She worked under the supervision of Dr. Joel F. Lubar.  She completed her undergraduate studies at the American College of Greece with a major in Psychology.  For four years she worked with children with various neurological disorders in rehabilitation centers in Greece.  She has also studied French Literature (License) at the University of Sorbonne, Paris IV (Athens' branch).  She has also obtained a Piano Diploma from the National Conservatory of Greece.  Presently, she is working as a research assistant in the Institute for Research in Cognitive Science at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and working on a second Masters degree in Counseling Psychology (family therapy) at Chestnut Hill College.
