BBB Student Research: Images show the pattern of reticulospinal neuron labeling in 4 day old wild type (top) and slytherin mutant (bottom) embryos after retrograde labeling of rhodamine dextran applied to the 12th somite post spinal cord transection. Each picture is a single plane projection of a confocal stack of multiple images. Work was performed by Magdalena Reyes with Dr. Rita Balice Gordon.
