Dahan Lab Staff

Delphine Dahan Ph.D.
Delphine received her Ph.D from the University of Paris La Sorbonne Rene Descartes. After spending some time in Baltimore (MD), Rochester (NY), and Nijmegen (The Netherlands) where she learned from inspiring mentors, she has finally settled in Philadelphia, where she is a professor of psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. There, she is quite successful in keeping up with the energy and productivity of the many talented lab members (don't get fooled by the clutter on her office's desk, there's an organizational scheme there).

Tanya Kraljic Ph.D.
Tanya is a postdoc in the Dahan Lab. She received her PhD in Experimental Psychology from Stony Brook University, where her work focused on the phonetic adjustments that speakers and listeners make to one another. She spent the past two years as a postdoc at UCSD and is now valiantly attempting to re-adjust to the cold. When she's not daydreaming about accents, dialects, and perceptual learning, Tanya enjoys shopping for winter coats and other warm things.

Sarah Johnstone Drucker
Sarah is a graduate student in the lab. She has a B.A. in Linguistics and Cognitive Science and a M.A. in Psychology, also from Penn. Her broad interests are in the comprehension and representation of spoken language by adults. Her detailed interests change every time she reads something new - approximately daily. All of her pets have pretentious names of famous scientists, and she spends a lot of time in Socratic dialogue with her cat.
